» Returns/Cancellations
Physical Products - All returns must be approved by Fire Core, LLC. Return requests must be made within 15 days after receiving order. All non-defective orders that were not the result of a shipping error are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. All approved returns must be returned to Fire Core, LLC in like new, resalable condition, with all original packaging. For orders refused at time of delivery customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges. No returns or cancellations on custom configured or special order items.

Downloadable Products - Unless otherwise noted, all downloadable products have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refund requests must be made within 15 days. No restocking fees will be charged.
