» Is Apple Core, LLC affiliated with or owned by Apple, Inc?
No, we have no affiliation with Apple, Inc. We are a separate company, and we provide products and services that compliment the Apple line of products.

» Will aTV Flash void my warranty?
No. The aTV Flash software can be easily removed at anytime through the factory restore function. Should you ever need to send the Apple TV in for service, we recommend removing the software.

» Do I need any special training or knowledge to install aTV Flash?
No. Unlike the alternatives, aTV Flash is the only solution with a graphical installer interface. This provides a simple, streamlined installation that anyone can utilize. Even those with little or no technical knowledge can take advantage of the great features of the aTV Flash.

» I don't have a Mac, how can I install aTV Flash?
A Mac is currently required to install the software, but once installed, a Mac or PC can be used to interact with and transfer media to the Apple TV. Many of our customers who don't own a Mac, have simply borrowed one from a friend or family member to install the software. The install process is very simple, and only takes about 5 minutes. Alternatively, the Apple TV can be sent in to us and we can install the software for you.

» I previously purchased the aTV Flash, where can I download the current version?
Current customers can download the latest version of aTV Flash in the My Account section of our site. The download link will be listed under the original order.

» I heard aTV Flash is stealing the included software from developers. Is this true? 
No, quite the opposite actually. We have licensing agreements established with developers, and a portion of all revenue is distributed back to them, thus further advancing development on the Apple TV platform.

» I purchased aTV Flash, and I have questions. How can I get support?
